Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds including the pool and beach. The room was slightly noisy because we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly. Other than that the rooms are clean and updated.

Will stay here again. Right on the beach. The rooms have everything you need without the fuss. Rooms are equipped with fridge and microwave. Loved that it had lvp flooring and not carpet. Easy access on island and 24 hr staff. Great for a single traveler or small family.

We were on the island and decided to stop for lunch. What a pleasant surprise! We ate at the beach side grill surrounding the pool. The food was good and plentiful. After we ate we took a stroll on the beach. Even if you are not staying here, I would recommend that you visit for a meal.

Upon arriving, greeted & assisted by very welcoming staff. Resort is well kept, rooms clean. Staff tidy rooms daily for you. Restaurant is small, but very I ely decorated & accommodating with full menu & bar. Walking distant to the beach & lounge chairs provided. Pool is very comfortable with a tiki bar for food & refreshments.

Great trip to the Sanibel Island Beach Resort. Rooms were clean, beach access was awesome and pool was beautiful. My only gripe is that we weren’t allowed to bring our own drinks/food into the pool area/table area. That stinks because then you end up running up a $100 tab at the bar for 3 drinks and two simple “meals”. For that reason we didn’t spend any time at the pool after that and took our own stuff to the beach. In the summer we will look for a different resort that has more of a “welcoming” feel to the pool area where you can go and enjoy the day without spending hundreds on vacation cocktails. Definitely recommend this resort, but beware of that one thing that seemed to be a gripe not just for us.

This was one of the best places I've visited. Damn peaceful and beautiful! However, no one alerted me I had to pay for parking and the use of their indoor pool. Oh when I checked in I was headed I thought a map showing me where everything was and on the side of the paper there was a mention of these fees. I didn't see any of this until we got into our room and got a chance to relax. Well by that time I guess I felt caught.

What a beautiful resort! My room was comfortable, in excellent shape, and very clean. Housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room’s location looking out on the pool was perfect as it provided easy access to the beautiful beach as well as to the pool itself and the pool bar. In addition, the resort provides comfortable chaise lounges both at the pool and on the beach. There are also several shaded hammocks located in the palm groves between the pool and the beach. The food from the pool bar was excellent! The shrimp tacos are the best I’ve ever had. Isaiah at the pool bar was a delight to interact with, personable, friendly and extremely efficient. Samantha at the front desk was also excellent. I spoke to her in person or interacted with her by phone several times. She was always friendly and clearly communicated answers to all my questions. My only issue was that noise from adjoining rooms woke me up early on several mornings. My neighbors were not loud but you can hear speech or TVs through what must be rather thin walls. I would suggest ear plugs for light sleepers like me. Otherwise, I highly recommend Sanibel Island Beach Resort.

Comfortable, clean room; friendly staff; beautiful scenery and conveniently located restaurants. The beach is a natural beach with lots of wash-up from the gulf--which suited us fine, because we found a ton of beautiful shells! The pool was heated, which was great for the cold snap going on. The hotel provides beach chairs and towels, too. Wonderful experience -would definitely stay again.
